hey, im owen (aka bliptro) and ive been interested in web design for about 3-ish years now.
some basic shit abt me: i like writing (admittedly terrible) music, and im interested in photography. i cant stand reading (cuz i cant focus) and my favorite bands are midwestern roadkill and whytide.
im gonna try and do more shit here eventually but for now this is all i got lmao.
an alternate mix of the new squee album by the wonderful carter c featuring new drums and guitar, plus an entirely new mix, which (dont tell anyone) i think is better than the official version.
if you didn't know, squee is the project of the lead vocalist of willy rodriguez, deciding to go for a more skramz/shoegaze(kinda) sound for their songs.
some interesting songs on this are heaven, the opener, which starts with this beautiful melody and slowly builds up into a more noisy and angsty sound, which i really like. another one is bored, a more "traditional" song (for squee, at least) which has a really nice fast-paced energy to it, with a halftime breakdown in the postchorus.
this album is peak, especially with the new mixing. 1000000/10
